Sulla Honey is a sweet, delicate and creamy honey, its name derives from the herbaceous plant from which bees take their pollen. It is a particular species typical of the Mediterranean area, in particular in Sicily. Produced from Sulla flowers, its smell recalls straw and dry grass. The taste is usually sweet, its color very light.
